3. Bookings and Payments All bookings must be made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings are subject to availability and spaces are limited. Once payment has been successfully processed, a booking confirmation email will be sent. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the workshop start time, you may transfer your booking to an alternative workshop date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time are non-refundable. 5. Changes or Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a workshop, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
